Equipment Introduction：
PK-650/850/1100 Auto. Folder Gluer are the latest ambitious and economical models which are specially suitable for making cardboard and micro-flute corrugated boxes for high-speed our high output. The mechanical structure is modularized for quick change-over. Each component is designed for convenient adjustment to greatly improve the work efficiency of operator.
Main Features：
Feeder Section
Equipped with special-made feeding knives and vibration motor to ensure high feeding stability.
With the support of Suction and Perforated Belts for correct feeding without skewness.
Pressing Conveyor Section
The speed-changing of main machine and pressing conveyor is by inverter control. Main machine, feeder and conveyor are by ratio link. It can change the movement for acceleration or deceleration depends on the speed of main machine.
Pre-Folder Section
It makes sure the correct creasing lines at high-speed production which is very helpful for automatic packing procedure later on.
Final-Folder Section
Available to add Folding Knfie for Single-Carrier operation to make small boxes. The speed of left and right folding belts is adjustable indpendently for convenient and fast operation.
Trombone Section
The extendable Pressing Bar is adjustable according to various designs of boxes. Regardless of slow or high-speed production, it can automatically track the position.
Efficiency Improvement：
We take care of much more details on design and manufacturing of equipment for high efficiency and reduce losses. Improve production to save time and labor.

1.5-phase adjustor for the Upper Belt Carrier
Upper Belt Carrier is by 5-phase adjustment. According to paper thickness to move the gap vertically to ensure speedy blank transportation without pressing mark.
5.Wireless Remote Controller
With Wireless Remote Controller. All functions can be carried out by the controller wherever you are in any position.
2.Guided Plate of Folding Knife
With 180ﾟGuided Plate of Folding Knife and bigger than 135ﾟ removable Pre-Folding Device to complete pre-folding function to form boxes easily to save packing time.
3.Intelligent HMI Touching Screen
With intelligent HMI touching scree for easy operation and clear production information.
4.Easy Pack EP-65 (Optional)
In-lined with Auto. Folder Gluer, to collect various desings of box by turning their angle into 90ﾟfor convenient operation on packing work.
