Equipment Introduction：
Counter Ejector Conveyor ACTIVE-1350 is our self-innovative product specially designed for increasing packing output that could not reach by human. The machine could complete the certain number of stacks at high speed stably. In addition, it is able to connect directly to Auto. Tying machine for packaging operation, which upgrades the production line more automated by using less people to achieve higher output. Changing orders adjustment is easy and with less time consuming, it could also be done by inexperienced operator.
Main Features：
Pre-Stack Section
The paper is fed by the folder-gluer conveyor, pressing at Pre-Stack Section, and the number of paper is accumulated.
Feeder Section
The high speed feeding motor and belts could firmly feed the paper to Counter Section. It will brake immediately then stop when the specified amount of paper reached.
Post-Stack Section
Post-Stack Section could precisely and gradually press the passing paper one by one, the speed is different to the previous feeder section for post-stacking and counting.
Counter Ejector Section
Ejecting after counting and Stacking to the specified amount of paper. The stack of paper could tie and pack immediately.
